We first visited this amazing site back in September, 2008. Earlier that same day, we had also visited CFS Ramore which had consumed a significant part of our day. By the time we arrived at Ross, daylight was failing quickly.

As a result, we only originally had time to examine the Lions Hall / Curling Rink, and the headframe of the mine itself. In June, 2010, we finally got back to catch up on everything we missed.
