Personal Commentary:
We first saw this location late last year, but we were in search of a headframe as listed in the AMIS database. Instead, at the coordinates listed, we found only a clearing made by the lumber company working this area. We went back this spring to have a closer look around and started with the old mill.

We decided that, rickety as it looked, we should climb the remains of the mill to get a closer look at what might remain inside. It was a slow, careful climb, but definitely worthwhile.

As we continued wandering around the property, we kept finding more and more little signs of the activity that was once here.
